    Beers and Pairings

    Running Walker Pilsner

This traditional German Pilsner will be paired with an onion and cheese perogie.  The sweet carmelized onions and the smooth potatoes will pair perfectly with the crispenss of this Texas brew!

    Karbach Bright IPA

The bright IPA from Karbach is a flavorful blend of hops and grapefruit.  We will pair this with a seafood gumbo designed to highlight the unique big and bright flavors!

11 Below - Lame Duck Pale Ale

With bodacious citrus and tropical fruit notes from lots and lots of Australian and New Zealand hops this beer will pair well with a candied smoked pork belly for a sweet and savory treat!

    Southern Star - Buried Hatchet

Dark brown in color, this monster smells of coffee and chocolate. The taste is much of the same, with hints of creamy toffee and roasted malt.  This will pair with a homemade Mole pork shoulder taco to blow your tastebuds out of the water!

    Back Pew - Sweet Salvation

A Brown Ale infused with a Porter’s qualities, it’s light despite a dark appearance, and its complex flavors craft a simple character.  This will be paired with a delightful banana nut bread covered with a sweet Creme Anglaise

    Blue Mischief

A blueberry cream ale that's a combination of a light malt base with an undertone of slightly tart blueberries at the end.  This will pair perfectly as a way to cool a homemade spice blended jerk chicken wing that will bring the heat!
